Scope of works:
Britannia were appointed to carry the Sealant works on this large residential development in the prestigious Brighton Marina complex, the works compromised of colour matched sealing to all external window/door frames from scaffold access and then moving inside to seal all bathrooms and kitchens in 195no apartments in mapei colour match silicone.
Site specifics:
This project was a very prestigious development where quality was of the utmost importance, the program allowed for 5-10 units for handover per week which Britannia achieved virtually snag free.
