Scope of works:
Britannia were appointed to carry the Sealant works on this large residential development in East London, the works compromised of colour matched sealing to all external window/door frames and movement joints from scaffold access and then moving inside to seal all bathrooms and kitchens to 219no apartments and houses in mapei colour match silicone.
Site specifics:
This project was built for a major housing group and included a stringent snagging process that resulted in a an applicator being based on site full time to achieve sign off.
