Scope of works:
Britannia were appointed to carry the Sealant works on this large residential development in South West London, the works compromised of colour matched sealing to all external window/door frames and movement joints from scaffold access and then moving inside to seal all bathrooms and kitchens to 70no apartments in mapei colour match silicone.
Site specifics:
This project was a very fast paced development where quality was of the utmost importance, the program allowed for handovers in large batch numbers which although very challenging was achieved and managed as required by the client.
